MPC Coaches

Stefan Kieu
Stephan grew up playing table tennis competitive, won the USTA Men 3.5 Championship in 1989 with his team, captained a USTA Men 5.0 team in the early 90s and was a certified PTR Coach for 10 years. He played squash competitively at level 4.5 from 2008 until 2012. He discovered pickleball in 2023 and has been playing competitive since. He retired from the tech world in 2019 and started teaching pickleball part-time for MPC and LifeTime when he is home for the summer and fall. He focuses on teaching the fundamentals of the game including the mental side of it as well.

Holly Nicholls
Holly is a certified PPR coach who focuses on improving skills and advancing strategic play from beginners to advanced players. She loves the strategy behind determining how to advance each players game to the next level. Holly is an Iowa Hawkeye living in Gopher country and if she isn’t playing or coaching pickleball, you’ll find her floating in Lake Okoboji in the summer.

Mark Bourget
Mark Bourget is a seasoned and passionate pickleball coach, deeply committed to helping players of all skill levels unlock their full potential on the court. With a reputation for his patient, insightful, and results-driven coaching style, Mark has become a trusted figure in the pickleball community.
As a PPR-certified coach, Mark combines technical expertise with a strategic understanding of the game, offering advanced clinics, personalized training sessions, and in-depth tactical insights. In addition to coaching, Mark travels across the country to compete in tournaments.

Nick Tran
Nick is a pickleball coach who focuses on fast hands, strong volleys, and finesse. He teaches beginners to advanced pickleball players. Nick used to play tennis, table tennis, and basketball before converting to pickleball. He now has found the love of collecting books and cologne.

Terri Osland
Terri is a PPR certified coach who focuses on strengthening the skills and confidence of beginner and low intermediate pickleball players. Terri was once a science teacher and instructional technology coordinator in Hopkins Public Schools. She recently picked up women's hockey in her 50's and loves to lose herself in a complicated jigsaw puzzle.
